           The internet is chock full of information about body-beautiful products and cellulite products is a popular term for deposits of fat that have a cottage cheese-like or puckered texture. It's important to note that medically, cellulite is not considered abnormal. Even so, many people don't like the appearance of cellulite and would be happy to find a way to get rid of it.

As with any purchase, smart consumers do their research before deciding on a particular brand or product. Independent organizations such as 'E-Consumer' and 'Consumer Health Digest' provide reviews of products and services so that customers can make more informed buying decisions. Factors taken into consideration during the review are price, customer service, guarantee and return policy.

You do not have to use heavy weight, three to ten pounds is sufficient. If you have never done lunges start with no weight at all. I also highly recommend Karen Voight products. I own and use several of her DVDs weekly. If you put the effort and stay focused,  I guarantee you will notice a difference and you will feel so much better about yourself.

Healthy Foods

Try to eat as much protein as possible especially if you are doing a lot of weight training. Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. If you can, try not to eat heavy carbohydrates for dinner. If you love pasta eat it for lunch. Also incorporate green tea into your diet, as you will eat less and the caffeine will help.

If you really want to get lean and toned and get rid of your cellulite try to stay focused for at least one month with your exercise and healthy foods. At that point you will notice a change in your body, which will motivate to continue your regimen. I am speaking from experience and this works. I used this regimen myself and I have helped my friends and my mom to get strong and lean. One last thing, adding Pilates to your routine, will give your body a longer lean look. I use all of these programs in addition to cardio and weight training. It is important to make exercise a part of your life, just like brushing your teeth.

Below is a list of foods that are good for you and taste great too. Don’t be afraid to add seasoning to your food either.  For example, add basil, cilantro, garlic etc. to your meals.
